About the Course

There’s something deeply rewarding about baking your own bread — the smell, the crackle of the crust, and that first slice of warm, tangy sourdough fresh out of the oven. In this course, you’ll learn everything you need to make authentic sourdough bread from scratch — no prior experience required. We’ll go step-by-step through building and maintaining your own starter, understanding fermentation, mastering timing, and baking loaves that are as beautiful as they are wholesome. You’ll also learn to troubleshoot along the way  and understand the why behind each step. My goal is to help you bake confidently at home, using simple tools and everyday ingredients, while falling in love with the process of slow, mindful baking. Whether you’re a complete beginner or you’ve tried sourdough before and struggled, this class will give you the clarity and confidence to succeed.
